Workshop with Saltsjöbaden Basket

Yesterday I held a workshop for parents, coaches and board members for Saltsjöbaden Basket. We talked about how to build up and develop a club in the best directions. It was a very inspiring day that gave many things to continue working with. And you know what they say, if there's a will, there's a lways a way :) !
